Per aix\u00f2, quan parlem de\u00a0Conversion\u00a0Rate\u00a0Optimization\u00a0(CRO), ja sigui per a un\u00a0ecommerce\u00a0o qualsevol altre tipus de web que busqui una conversi\u00f3, parlem tamb\u00e9 d&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia d&#8217;usuari.<\/p>\n<p>Entre moltes altres coses, els principals pilars de l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia d&#8217;usuari s\u00f3n, en primer lloc, el poder utilitzar la p\u00e0gina sense problemes, \u00e9s a dir, de manera r\u00e0pida i fluida. En segon lloc, la facilitat que tingui l&#8217;usuari per a trobar la informaci\u00f3 que cerca i, finalment, la que la identitat del lloc encaixi amb el que l&#8217;usuari estava buscant. Complint aquestes tres bases aconseguirem que es trobi c\u00f2mode i millorin les opcions que converteixi.<\/p>\n<h2>Com es comporta l&#8217;usuari?<\/h2>\n<p>En primer lloc, el\u00a0UX\u00a0i el\u00a0CRO\u00a0estan molt unides quant a l&#8217;estudi del comportament de l&#8217;usuari. Per a poder con\u00e8ixer com es comporten \u00e9s evident que cal estudiar-los.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;anal\u00edtica digital \u00e9s el primer pas per a comen\u00e7ar a analitzar si la nostra p\u00e0gina necessita canvis, per qu\u00e8 i quins han de ser. Potser est\u00e0 fallant nom\u00e9s una p\u00e0gina, o el proc\u00e9s de compra no \u00e9s clar. Pot ser que la\u00a0landing\u00a0no funcioni correctament o que els usuaris no s&#8217;estiguin trobant el que buscaven en arribar a la web. Sigui com sigui el cas, ha de ser analitzat abans d&#8217;oferir una soluci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Recomanem realitzar informes detallats i complets a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;eines com Google\u00a0Analytics\u00a0amb les quals mostrar al dissenyador quins problemes hi ha i en conjunt decidir la soluci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h2>Optimitzaci\u00f3 de formularis web i processos de compra<\/h2>\n<p>En funci\u00f3 de si la p\u00e0gina que necessita el redissenyo cerca\u00a0leads\u00a0(contactes) o compres, els objectius del\u00a0CRO\u00a0seran diferents i, per tant, els del\u00a0UX.<\/p>\n<p>Els formularis s\u00f3n imprescindibles per a aconseguir que els usuaris ens deixin les seves dades de contacte o se subscriguin a les\u00a0newsletters\u00a0que preparem, per\u00f2, reconeguem-ho, a ning\u00fa li agrada emplenar-los. Per a solucionar aquest problema, el millor \u00e9s fer que l&#8217;usuari sigui conscient que la informaci\u00f3 o el &#8220;premi&#8221; que rebr\u00e0 per realitzar-lo superar\u00e0 el temps invertit a fer-lo.
