I per a aix\u00f2, ens plantegem una s\u00e8rie de preguntes:<\/p>\n<p>Qu\u00e8 volem aconseguir amb la marca\/producte?<\/p>\n<p>Al que possibles respostes serien: augmentar la visibilitat i notorietat de la marca, generar coneixement sobre els productes de l&#8217;empresa\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Per a qu\u00e8 volem aconseguir-ho?<\/p>\n<p>Al que possibles respostes serien: per a empatitzar amb el nostre potencial client i que aix\u00f2 es converteixi en major n\u00famero de leads, per a convertir-nos en la marca de refer\u00e8ncia per al client\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s a dir, tenir molt clar qu\u00e8 volem per a, posteriorment, veure com ho aconseguirem.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>\n<h2>P\u00fablico objectiu de la teva marca o producte<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ara que ja sabem quina \u00e9s la nostra situaci\u00f3 de partida i quins objectius tenim, \u00e9s molt important descobrir qui \u00e9s nostre buyer persona, \u00e9s a dir, el nostre client potencial.<\/p>\n<p>Definir b\u00e9 el teu p\u00fablic objectiu t&#8217;ajudar\u00e0 a con\u00e8ixer les seves rutines: quins s\u00f3n els seus gustos, quins mitjans de comunicaci\u00f3 consulta, quins canals de venda utilitza, quines xarxes socials consumeix i com ho fa\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Quan analitzem el nostre p\u00fablic objectiu \u00e9s molt important segmentar el target, \u00e9s a dir, agrupar per tipus de compradors. Com m\u00e9s segmentis el teu p\u00fablic, m\u00e9s podr\u00e0s afinar en els canals de comunicaci\u00f3 als quals dirigir-te.<\/p>\n<p>Pots segmentar per edats, ubicaci\u00f3, interessos, etc. I establir una estrat\u00e8gia concreta per cadascun dels segments, segons les seves rutines espec\u00edfiques.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>\n<h2>Creaci\u00f3 del storytelling i missatge<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Estem ja en un punt molt avan\u00e7at de la nostra estrat\u00e8gia de comunicaci\u00f3. Ja sabem com est\u00e0 el mercat en el qual vendrem, quins s\u00f3n els nostres objectius i qui \u00e9s el nostre client i les seves rutines de consum habituals.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fcent pas? Definirem el missatge a trav\u00e9s del que vendrem la nostra marca o producte.<\/p>\n<p>El missatge \u00e9s la veu de la teva marca o producte, el to i la hist\u00f2ria amb els quals et dirigir\u00e0s als teus clients potencials. I com ja saps la situaci\u00f3 actual en la qual es troba el mercat, quins s\u00f3n els teus objectius i qui \u00e9s el teu target, simplement has d&#8217;aprofitar tota aquesta informaci\u00f3 per a trobar un to que emocioni, que generi empatia i que cre\u00ef inter\u00e8s sobre la teva marca o producte.<\/p>\n<p>Com a ag\u00e8ncia de comunicaci\u00f3 amb 10 anys d&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia en l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 d&#8217;estrat\u00e8gies de comunicaci\u00f3, et recomanem que fugis dels t\u00f2pics i apostis per un storytelling diferent, arriscat i \u00fanic.
