En molts casos, aquests s\u00f3n els mitjans de comunicaci\u00f3. Des de V3rtice, ag\u00e8ncia de comunicaci\u00f3 a Barcelona, volem mostrar-vos com es gestiona la comunicaci\u00f3 entre un partner i una empresa a trav\u00e9s de la premsa; i ho farem amb un cas real que treballem actualment: Servei dEsports de la Universitat de Barcelona\u00a0i el Mundo Deportivo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>El p\u00fablic del Servei d\u00b4Esports de la Universitat de Barcelona i els lectors potencials del diari tenen molts punts en com\u00fa, com la distribuci\u00f3 geogr\u00e0fica i els interessos \u2013en aquest cas, l&#8217;esport-, per la qual cosa sembla una associaci\u00f3 a priori reeixida. Per aix\u00f2, el primer pas a donar \u00e9s realitzar un estudi de quins punts tenen en com\u00fa ambdues organitzacions i com es poden explotar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Una vegada s&#8217;hagin resolt assumptes de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3, signatura de contractes, etc., comen\u00e7a la gesti\u00f3 de premsa pr\u00f2piament aquesta. A continuaci\u00f3, us explicarem pas a pas qu\u00e8 fem en V3rtice perqu\u00e8 la imatge del Servei d\u2019Esports de la Universitat de Barcelona es mantingui en la ment del target.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>1. Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el que interessa en aquest moment?:<\/strong> L&#8217;actualitat determina quins temes s\u00f3n m\u00e9s atractius i s&#8217;ha de fer una valoraci\u00f3 de qu\u00e8 est\u00e0 fent el Servei dEsports de la Universitat de Barcelona que es pugui relacionar amb aquests assumptes d&#8217;actualitat per crear contingut noticiable.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>2. Selecci\u00f3 de temes:<\/strong> Una entitat com la qual ens ocupa realitza una infinitat de carreres, xerrades, tornejos, campionats i tot tipus d&#8217;activitats. Arribats a aquest punt, hem de triar qu\u00e8 contingut volem destacar.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>3. Contacte amb el mitj\u00e0 de comunicaci\u00f3:<\/strong> La relaci\u00f3 amb els periodistes es basa en la continu\u00eftat, la confian\u00e7a m\u00fatua i el respecte. El m\u00e9s probable \u00e9s que si desenvolupem una relaci\u00f3 flu\u00efda i oportuna, es faciliti el treball per a tots dos. En un cas com el del \u00a0Mundo Deportivo, la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 s&#8217;ha est\u00e8s al llarg dels anys. Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s de gran ajuda per con\u00e8ixer les rutines, forma de treballar, temes d&#8217;inter\u00e8s, etc. dels periodistes de la plantilla.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>4. Redacci\u00f3 de contingut:<\/strong> Una vegada tenim el vistiplau del mitj\u00e0, podem comen\u00e7ar a redactar l&#8217;article. Des de V3rtice sempre tractem de tenir en compte el llibre d&#8217;estil del mitj\u00e0, perqu\u00e8 no resulti dissonant pel que fa al seu contingut. La redacci\u00f3 dels articles ha de seguir determinats par\u00e0metres perqu\u00e8 el lector potencial no ho consideri una pe\u00e7a de publicitat, sin\u00f3 contingut interessant.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>5. Gesti\u00f3 audiovisual:<\/strong> Generalment, un article resulta m\u00e9s atractiu si va acompanyat d&#8217;una imatge. En el cas de la nostra ag\u00e8ncia, ens encarreguem personalment de realitzar fotografies (cobertura fotogr\u00e0fica) que aportin un valor a la not\u00edcia i no siguin mers reclams.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>6. Enviament al mitj\u00e0 de comunicaci\u00f3:<\/strong> Seguint el calendari estrictament, realitzem un enviament als periodistes encarregats de la secci\u00f3 i ens assegurem que estan d&#8217;acord amb el contingut de l&#8217;article.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p><strong>7. Seguiment del mitjan de comunicaci\u00f3:<\/strong> Una vegada donat el ok per part del\u00a0Mundo Deportivo, solament fa falta esperar al fet que sigui publicat i realitzar un seguiment de si tot s&#8217;ha resolt correctament, tant en contingut com en el disseny de la columna.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Com heu pogut veure, no \u00e9s un treball senzill, ja que requereix un gran coneixement tant de la din\u00e0mica del mitj\u00e0 com de l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 amb la qual estem treballant.
